Will my agents need new training?  No only the interface has changed but everything else remains the same. 

Will any of my information be deleted?   No, your information will not be deleted. 

What other changes can I expect with the new interface?  No functionality has changed. 

Can I continue using the old interface instead of the new one? No, Only the latest version will be available to all. 

Will there be an additional fee for the new interface? : No additional fees will be added.
