First and foremost make sure to export your contact information and save it as an excel file. |
To start importation go to: Administration > Setup > Import
Make a selection:
Lawyers / Notaries
Offices
Suppliers
Complete all the fields:
Language: Same for all contacts
First row of the file is the header: Yes or No (Select Yes if the first line contains the heading information for each row)
Excel File: Select saved file in computer
Each Column needs to be connected with the proper column on your excel file.

Complete all columns until all your data has been entered.
