As an office administrator you have the ability to import clients, lawyers and brokerage contact information.

To start importation go to: Administration > Setup > Import
Make a selection:
Lawyers / Notaries
Offices
Suppliers
Complete all the fields:
Language: Same for all contacts
First row of the file is the header: Yes or No (Select Yes if the first line contains the heading information for each row)
Excel File: Select saved file in computer
Each Column needs to be connected with the proper column on your excel file. See examples below:
Cabinet = Row C
First Name = Row A
Last Name = Row B
Complete all columns until all your data has been entered.

Click on Submit
Once complete a pop-up will appear
You’re contacts can now be found within your contacts list. (In this example I used Lawyers / Notaries)
