Introduction

NexOne Office allows the Administrative staff of the brokerage and the director to have access to a variety of features and to consult their data at any time.

NexOne Office also allows the agency's brokers to access their data (listings, transactions, invoices, etc.), a variety of reports, statistics and many interesting management functions.

Procedure

  1. In the Administration>  Security > User group, create a 'Broker' user group if it,s not already created


  2. Access Administration> Special functions > Agents > Create Agent Account 



  3. In the User group field select 'Agent';

  4. Select the active brokers you want to grant them access

  5. Click on Submit

  6. To notify your brokers, you can use the text message function in the top menu Tools > Batch SMS
