As an administrator, it is now possible to resubmit a withdrawal by EFT if rejected by the bank.
Administration > Special Functions > Listings and transactions
Resubmit an EFT
Complete the required fields:
Operation Type > Withdrawal
Batch Number
Transaction
Reason
New Account
Once the fields are complete, Submit

The withdrawal is now returned to your account to be re-submitted
