  • How to ensure that all newly created folders are included in your automated tasks, and in the important folders tab:

Go to: Administration > Setup > General

In the Listings and Transactions tabs, make sure the following two fields are set to yes.

Listings:

Transactions:

  • If you don't want your agent to be notified via automated tasks for a particular file, and don't want to see this file in your missing documents via '' ACTION ITEMS ''

    • Go to the folder's EDM, then under the Mandatory documents tab and uncheck Notification for missing documents.
