With the new procedure set in place to add an agents role to a mandatory document set up by the administrator, all new documents will be changed by default to the office settings.* If a specific document in a file has a different role, the administrator must make the changes manually for that document.

In the example below, the mandatory document missing has a red icon.

The mandatory document missing for document type 5-18 Agreement has listing and collaborator as the role.

To edit that one document to change the role for collaborator only;

  • Select pencil to edit

  • Change role (collaborator, listing, referent, listing and collaborator)

  • Save and close

The collaborator involved will be the only one notified of this missing document.

Only the administration can see the user role implicated in the EDM documents.

As an admin, you can choose to remove the view of mandatory documents in the EDM portion of your listing or transaction files.
