This latest release enables agents to generate a unique email address customized to their listings.

  1. Login to NexOne or refresh your current session and a notification will appear at the top of the home screen.

    A list of email notifications will be displayed in the Notification window.

    When selecting the hyperlink, you’ll be brought to the document section of your associated listing.

    Please be advised that the default document type is go email.
    To edit the type

    • Select edit

Can I customize my GO Email address?

No, this action is automated by our system based on your listing name.
If at anytime you edit your listing address, the system will automatically detect the change and will update the GO Email ID.

If an individual holds the previous version of the GO Email ID, our system will automatically direct the documents to the appropriate file upon recognizing the address.

Who can send documents?

Anyone with access to the email address can directly send documents to the files listed under your account. This can be clients, colleagues, administrative staff etc…

Yes, however, you must not exceed the maximum capacity of 15mb.
If there too many files or heavier documents, you’ll need to send a separate email.

Note

NexOne does not have the capability to divide or split documents. Ensure that each file is assigned its own document type.
