1) Create a Cashreceipts

     - Click on the cashreceipts icon and the Plus to create a new transaction.

     - Select Mortgage referral

     - Enter information for the reference check received without forgetting the name of the banking institution.

     - Download (optional) all documents related to the referral into the Documents section

     -  Click on the Stamped deposit icon to save.

 
2) Allocate the check of the mortgage reference
     
Modules >Mortgage Referrals
 
    -Choose the reference to process
      In the Mortgage References  Detail section, click Plus.
      - Select: - Linked to a transaction
                        - Choose the transaction
                          rem: you can also choose: independent of a transaction and enter customer data manually
                        - Enter the reference amount
                        - Split the distribution between (s) agent (s) involved (s)
                        - Save
 
                        REM: If the check includes several references, you must rather click Save and Continue and
                                   repeat the process with the new reference.
 
 
                         - Bonification
                           In some cases, it is possible that the agency receives a subsidy. You must then enter the amount       without taxes and choose the appropriate GL account.
 
3) Payments to broker (s) / agent (s)
     -Click On Transactions
     -Edit the Mortgage reference in question (should appear on top of the list)
     -Click On disbursment
 
     In Section Agent to the office disbursment perform the treatment as a regular real estate transaction.
