complete the following steps:
Go to Action Items > New listings created by agents
Edit the new listing
Create a buyer agreement from the agent’s listing
Once the listing status of the agent is changed to active, the agent will then have the ability to change their status to ‘'Finalize’'
The Finalized buyer agreement will now be listed in Action Items > Finalized Buyer Agreement submitted to the Admin
To finalize the listing, select the status hyperlink
And select Finalize

If the Broker Agreement Listing is incomplete or if it the agent had just submitted to the admin, only the option to finalize will be available.
