As an office administrator you have the ability to import clientssuppliers, lawyers and brokerage contact information directly in your account.

Follow these steps to successfully import your contacts with an excel file.

First and foremost make sure to export or enter your contact contacts information and save it as an excel file, once you have your file, you can start the importation.

  • To start importation go to: Administration > Setup > Import

  • Make a selectionSelect the type of contacts you wish to import:

    • Lawyers / Notaries

    • Offices

    • Suppliers

  • Complete all the fields:

    • Language: Same for all contacts

    • First row of the file is the header: Yes or No (Select Yes if the first line of your file contains the heading information header for each row)

    • Excel File: Select Click on Choose file to open your system browser and select the saved file in on your computer

  • Each Column needs to be connected correspond with the proper column where the data is located on your excel file. See examples below:

    • Cabinet = Row C

    • First Name = Row A

    • Last Name = Row B

    • Complete all columns until all your data has been entered.

    • Click on Submit

  • Once complete completed a pop-up will appear to confirm your import was successful.

You’re Your new contacts can now be found within your contacts list. ( In this example, I used Lawyers / Notaries)
