As an admin, you now have the ability to change the status of the Broker Buyer Agreement listing to Finalize which will remove the completed buyer agreements from the active listing list.

When an agent submits a buyer agreement, complete the following steps:
Go to Action Items > New listings created by agents
Edit the new listing
Create a buyer agreement from the agent’s listing
Once the listing status of the agent is changed to active, the agent will then have the ability to change their status to ‘'Finalize’'
The Finalized buyer agreement will now be listed in Action Items > Finalized Buyer Agreement submitted to the Admin
To finalize the listing, select the status hyperlink

The status has now been updated.
