After setting up your bank account information https://nexone.atlassian.net/l/c/eRVadpq0, you will be able to send out batch online payments directly from your accounts payable tab.

Transfer information

  1. Go to Accounting > Electronic Funds Transfer

  2. Select Create

  3. Complete the information shown in the Transfer Information section:

    • Batch Number: Automatically generated by the system.

    • Processed Date: The processed date of your transactions.

    • Include post-dated transaction: Select Yes or No.

    • Account: choose the bank account for deposit or withdrawal from the dropdown list.
      (The bank account information will appear once you’ve created it in the general section of the setup page. See https://nexone.atlassian.net/l/c/eRVadpq0 for details)

    • GL Account: Is automatically linked to your bank account.

    • Operation: It will either say Deposit or Withdrawal depending on your account selection.

    • Electronic Funds Transfer total: An amount will appear once you’ve selected your files to include in the section below.

Transactions to include in the file

All transactions that were setup for electronic transfers and have been processed will appear in the section below.

  1. Select the files you want to include in your transfer

  2. Save and close

  1. View the transfer information before submitting the file to the bank by clicking on the pencil icon.

Submitting Files to your Institution

  1. On the Electronic Funds Transfer page, click on the green arrow to download the file.

  2. The download will appear at the bottom of the page. It will automatically be added to your downloads on your computer.

  3. Access your institution's website and submit the file.

Note

Once the file has been uploaded to your financial institution you can’t cancel the request.
