With the new procedure set in place to add an agents role to a mandatory document set up by the administrator, all new documents will be changed by default to the office settings.* If a specific document in a file has a different role, the administrator must make the changes manually for that document.
The implementation of this new option, to modify the fields in the GED section of your files.
Here’s how to change the role by document type, in a specific folder.

In the example below, the mandatory document missing has missing mandatory documents have a red icon .
The mandatory document missing for document type 5-18 Agreement has listing and collaborator as the role.as their status.
You can also see, that we have added the Role column that determines which broker is responsible for providing this document.
For example: The missing mandatory document whose document type is 5-18 Contract has the listing and collaborator as role.
To change the role:
Select the pencil of the document in question
Change roles (collaborator, listing, referent, listing and collaborator)
Save and Close
To edit that one document to change the role for collaborator only;
Select pencil to edit
Change role (collaborator, listing, referent, listing and collaborator)
Save and close
The collaborator involved will be the only one notified of this missing document and will see that it is now required by the collaborating agent.
