This article explains how an agent can create a Buyer Agreement in NexOne Office

  1. Open the Listings section with the left menu and select Buyer Agreement.

2. Click on ‘'+new buyer agreement+’'

Don’t forget all Kit status are not yet visible for your agency

Note

In order to send signature request, you will need to add clients to your listing kit

4. To add clients to the listing, go to the Client section of your listing profile, you can either scroll down or click on the Client tab

6. Click on ‘'+ Add Client’'

7. Fill out the information in the client profile page, you will need to add his/her email address to send signature requests, make sure you save the email address in the profile.

8. Click on Save and Close to save the client’s information

9. Save your Buyer Agreement Kit by clicking on Save in the Listing profile page
