1: Home Page

  1. -Log in to your NexOne Agent account.

  2. -Click on your Name located at the top-right corner of your screen.

  3. -Click on Account .

2: Profile Tab

  1. Update account and brokerage information.

  2. Insert a photo or business card.

  3. If needed, you are able to change your username and/or password.

  4. IMPORTANT Click Save Profile to ensure that all of your information will is stored.

3: Account Tab

  • This tab allows you to change the plan you are subscribed to as well as to update your credit card that NexOne has on file.

  • You can change the language and turn on or off the daily digest & NexOne Labs.

4: Address Book Tab

Will show you all of the contacts you have in your account.

  1. Select New Contact to create a new contact record

  2. These are all the contacts you have in your file. When selecting a contact, you can view and edit their information.

5. Email Template

  1. You can use the pre-filled template

  2. Or create a new template

  3. Within your message, you can add specific inserts to automatically populate when sending the email.
    (i.e.: Signers first name, signers last name etc….)

  4. Select save template or send preview

6: Email Signature Tab

Allows you to save a signature that will be used for all of the emails that will be generated from your NexOne Agent account.

-Type in a signature.

-Click Submit

6: Integration Tab

Any integrations or add-ons with your NexOne Agent account will appear here.
