When coming across an error in your forms, simply follow the process below.
Within the form you have populated. Click on the “Report Form Error” located on the left hand side.
Select the type of error you have come across.
Visual (Something doesn't look right)
Data is not being filled in to a field
Data is filled into the wrong field
Other
Once you have made your selection, complete the field with as much detail as possible.
