As an admin, you now have the ability to change the status of the Buyer Agreement listing.

When an agent submits a buyer agreement, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Action Items > New listings created by agents

  2. Edit the new listing

  3. Create a buyer agreement from the agents listing

    Once the listing status of the agent is changed to active they will then have the ability to change their status to ‘'Finalize’'

  4. Their Finalized buyer agreement will now be listed in Action Items > Finalized Buyer Agreement submitted to the Admin

  5. To finalize the listing, select the status hyperlink

As a result of changing the status, it will no longer appear under the active list. In the search area enter listing ID or address and unselect active

Status update titles

The following titles will now be displayed on the main listing page

  • Finalized

  • Finalized (submitted to the admin)

Action Items

All finalized Brokerage contracts will now appear under the action items tab.
