What is a hard refresh?

hard refresh clears your browser cache for a specific page, which forces it to load the most recent version of that page.

Use the following commands depending on your browser and computer.

Windows:

Google Chrome: Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key

Firefox: Hold down CTRL and ⇧ Shift and then press R
OR
Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.

Mac:

Safari: Hold down the option and command key then press the ‘E’ key.

Chrome: Hold down the ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button
