Overlapping mandatory documents removed

 

The following changes have been applied to the agents accounts.

 

The ability for an agent to overlap a mandatory document is no longer available.

If an additional document must be submitted, agents can add a new document and leave a remark in the original document file.

 

Agent’s will only have access to the following tabs.

  • Refresh Mandatory documents

     

  • Save and Close (the option to add new has been removed)

     

  • Changing the type or request to required or optional is no longer available to the agent.
