  1. In your Nexone Office, please navigate to the following section:

Reports ≥ Transactions ≥ Detailed

2. You arrive now at the report configuration interface. This section allows you to change the display of the report you want to create to only get the information that will be useful to you.

Among the options you can change, you may find

  • The Branch

  • The type of group

-None

-By Agent

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Status

-Listing

-Listing agent only

-Listing Referral

-Listing and Selling agents

-Selling agent

-Selling agent only

-Selling referral

  • Transaction Status

-New

-Conditional

-Conditional (multiple offers)

-Firm

-Closed

-Partially Cashed

-Cashed

-Completed

-Cancelled

  • Agent’s Name

  • Sorted By

-City and Street

-Estimated closing date

-Firm date

-Transaction No

  • Date Used for Period

-Acceptance date

-Cashed Date

-Date of Occupancy

-Estimated Closing Date

-Firm date

-Status Date

  • Transaction Type

-Commercial Rent

-Exclusive Listing-Purchase

-Lease of Preporty

-Mortgage Referral

-Prof.Fees/Other Ref

3.Once the configuration is complete, it is possible for you to display the report in several forms (PDF, DOC, XLS)

Now you are able to view a Transaction Report by Detailed.
