In the EDM section of a listing or transaction, the title Display eventual mandatory documents has been added.
If you select this field, all mandatory documents that could be mandatory will appear.
For example;
If the mandatory documents for a transaction report for property type is sale, the document titled 911 is required for a referent.
So in the case where your transaction report has a referent added to the transaction, this document will become required.
If there is never a referent added, this document will never become mandatory.
Agents do not have this section available in their EDM.
The agents involved will simply be notified of a missing document. or will see that document has changed requirements based on their roles.
