As soon as a broker leaves the agency, here's all you need to know;

IMPORTANT: When the agent is INACTIVE, it is possible to bill the agent if the Active indicator for billing is set to Yes.

Here are the steps to change the status of the Agent;

  1. Click in the menu “Agents / Non Agents” > Agents or in the “Quick Access” at the top then the Agent button.

  2. Select the agent in question, click on the pencil to the left of his name.

  3. The agent’s profile is displayed. Click on Status

  4. You see, active. Using the drop-down list select INACTIVE.

  5. Important to indicate the Termination date.

  6. Click Save and close.
