1. In your NexOne Agent account, select your Client

  2. Pick a Transaction

  3. Click on your signing session.

  4. Select the View Box to the right of the signing session name.

4. Click on “ Edit Signers & Documents “

If both clients were set as routing #1, then they will receive the request by email at the same time and they will be able to start their signing session whenever they need to.

5. The routing number will determine the order of reception of the signature request by your clients.

In the example above, Adam would be the third to receive the signing session after the other two clients have signed.

6. Finally, click in Tag documents for signatures.
