User password reset or modification
This page will explain how to reset or modify a user’s password.
Option 1:
The user can use the ‘'Forgot your password?'' function from the NexOne sign in page by clicking on the link.
By entering his or her information in the following page and clicking Submit, the user will receive a temporary password by email.
The system will ask the user to change his password after logging in with the temporary password.
Option 2:
The agency administrator can also modify the password for a user.
From the Administration menu, select Security, then Users. Click on the yellow pencil left of the User code you wish to modify.
In the User profile page, click on modify password on the top of the page.
Enter a new password and confirm it. Save the new password and click on Save and close at the top of the page.
You can now communicate with the user and give him the new password you have created.
Option 3:
If you experience issues with the previous options, you can communicate with the NexOne Support Team by email or phone to have a password changed.
