How to create a new admin user
Follow these steps below:
1. Setup > Security > Users then select Create+
Please note that there are several user groups: Receptionist, Secretary, Supervisor, Inspector, Agent.
To have access to all of them, including the accounting in NexOne, you must choose Supervisor.

2. This page will open and you have to complete the mandatory fields:
User Type: Office staff
User Group: Select the user group with the desired accesses.
User Code: You can enter the admin's name
Password: Create a temporary password that the admin will change
Password Confirmation: re-enter your temporary password
First Name: Enter the admin's first name
Last Name: Enter the admin's last name
Email: Enter the admin’s email address
3. Save and Close
