Prospects Import

This new Prospects import is designed to link your transaction report to a listing or a buyer agreement.

 

  1. In the transaction report select Import Prospect

  2. Enter the Prospects Transaction Report ID

If the agent associated with this transaction is no longer active at your brokerage, you must enter the information manually.

 

 

3. Once you’ve entered the ID, the system will automatically populate the MLS number related to this transaction.

If the MLS number is not found, it will not be added.

Listing

  • Do not import: This action will not import the listing information

  • Import from my listing: Will open your file to make a selection.

  • Import from MLS: Will populate listing information.

 

Buyer Agreement

  • Do not import: will not import buyer agreement

  • Import from my buyer agreement: will have you select a previously entered buyer agreement

Once your selections have been made click NEXT

To finalise the transaction report, review the seller(s) and buyer(s) and select SAVE

Your Prospects Import into your transaction report is now complete.
