All reports related to broker and non-agent billing

1- Billing Entries : a report of the total amounts of the billing element groups with each item for a selected period

2- Pending items: a report of all unbilled items in Express Billing and Billing Distribution

3- Invoices: a report of all invoices by broker for a selected period

4- Revenue by province / Client : Amount of invoices submitted for non-agents whose billing date is between the 2 selected dates

5- Revenue by group and billing items: a report of the total amounts of each item charged to the broker for a selected period
