Here is the list of all the Notaries and Lawyers. This is where you can modify their information or create new ones in the system.

  1. The path to follow to access this page:

Contacts > Lawyers/Notaries

2. To modify the information of a notary or lawyer, simply click on the pencil next to the person, modify the information and then click on "save and close" at the top of the page.

3. To create a new contact, click on '' Create+ '' at the top of the page

4. This page will open;

You can enter the information

  1. manually

  2. Using the directory (the information will be imported)

If you enter the information manually, you will need to enter the address, phone number(s), email address(es). Electronic Funds Transfer and Deposit Accounts are optional.

5. Once all the fields are filled in, press '' Save and close '' at the top of the page.
