Management of internal referrals



Introduction

The management of the office internal refferals is used for potential buyers that walk in or call the office in order to request services from an agent when selling or buying a property.

Interactive Report

The interactive report shows the referral list entered in the system.

Action buttons are as followed :

  1. Add a new referral:
    The addition of a referral consists of the entry of a reference given by the office or director to a broker of the agency whether for the simple purpose of keeping a register of references received / given or whether in the purpose of retaining commission at the office if a transaction is completed.
  2. Correspondence Search
    The match search is used to search among the entered references, registrations or possible transactions related to the reference. See "Searching for Correspondence of an Internal Reference" for more information on this function.
