Charts are based on the following data:

1. Listings with a listing date in the current month with a status that is not "Cancelled"
2. Transactions with a transaction date in the current month with a status that is not one of the following:
   • Conditional
   • Conditional (multiple offers)
   • Cancelled
3. Listings with a listing date in the previous month with a status that is not "Cancelled"
4. Transactions with a transaction date in the previous month with a status that is not one of the following:
   • Conditional
   • Conditional (multiple offers)
   • Cancelled

Listings and transactions current year -vs- previous year

Charts are based on the following data: 

1. Listings with a listing date from January 1^st to current date with a status that is not "Cancelled"
2. Transactions with a transaction date from January 1^st to current date with a status that is not one of the following:
   • Conditional
   • Conditional (multiple offers)
   • Cancelled
3. Listings with a listing date between January 1st of the previous year and current date of the previous year with a status that is not "Cancelled"
4. Transactions with a transaction date between January 1st of the previous year and current date of the previous year with a status that is not one of the following:
   • Conditional
   • Conditional (multiple offers)
   • Cancelled

Listings of the last 12 months: objectives -vs- completed

Charts are based on the following data:

1. Total amount of monthly listings per listings date with a status that is not "Cancelled"
2. Total amount of listings per month based on the objectives 
    

Transactions of the last 12 months: objectives -vs- completed

Charts are based on the following data:

1. Total amount of monthly transactions per transaction date with a status that is not one of the following:
   • Conditional
   • Conditional (multiple offers)
   • Cancelled
