How to update the email address of an agent as an admin

This article is to show how to update the email address of an agent as an admin.
Once you are logged in to your account, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Agents

     

  2. The list of your agents will be displayed, select the agent you want to modify by clicking on his/her name

     

  3. Click on the Edit button

  4. Click on the pencil just beside the email (username)

     

  5. Enter the new email and save

     

  6. Click Save again on the Agent Profile page

     

  7. Once the information has been saved, the email has been modified
