Agent now have the ability when in a signing session to decline and not sign the document.
Here are the steps to follow for this ability.
Locate the signing session in your email.
2. Select “Start Signing session”
3. You now have the ability to decline at this point or if you would like to view the document first you can as well.
4. After selecting “I agree to Sign Electronically” if at any moment you realize that you would like to decline the signing session you have the ability to do so.
4. Once you select “Decline to sign” you will have to confirm your decision.
5. After Confirm this step you will have the ability to leave a note or the reasoning of you declining.
