Can I customize my GO Email address?

No, this action is automated by our system based on your listing name.
If at anytime you edit your listing address, the system will automatically detect the change and will update the GO Email ID.

If an individual holds the previous version of the GO Email ID, our system will automatically direct the documents to the appropriate file upon recognizing the address.

Who can send documents?

Anyone with access to the email address can directly send documents to the files listed under your account. This can be clients, colleagues, administrative staff etc…

Can I uploaded multiple documents at a time?

Yes, however, you must not exceed the maximum capacity of 15mb.
If there too many files or heavier documents, you’ll need to send a separate email.

NexOne does not have the capability to divide or split documents. Ensure that each file is assigned its own document type.

Can I disable notifications?

Yes, simply select the settings icon in you notifications page

or go to:

  • Profile

  • Preferences

From here, edit the section and remove the checkmark and save

If you choose to activate notifications, please note that any emails sent before this change won't be logged. This action will only apply to future emails.
