LoneWolf Back-Office FAQ

Here is what is included in your first Transfer of a new deal

  • TRANSACTION STATUS

  • MLS #

  • ACCEPTED DATE – goes in offer date in LW. It’s considered as being the accepted date.

  • CLOSING DATE

  • FIRM DATE – this date is not transferred from NEXONE. It’s calculated according to the conditions entered in your transaction.

  • LISTING PRICE & SOLD PRICE

  • PROPERTY ADDRESS

  • PROPERTY TYPE & SALE TYPE

  • ANY CONDITIONS (with due dates and completion dates)

  • CONTACT’S name (lawyers)

  • AGENT’S name and their COMMISSIONS* – transfer as $ amount in LW (based on the sold price) * Referrals may not always transfer over, so make sure to double-check in LW.

  • CLIENT’S information

Here’s what will NOT transfer in LoneWolf

  • POSSESSION DATE

  • TITTLE SEARCH DATE

  • ZONING & CADASTRAL INFO

  • DEPOSIT IN TRUST amount

  • DEPOSIT TYPE and WHO’S HOLDING THE DEPOSIT

  • LEGAL DESCRIPTION

What happens after? If a transaction gets pushed a second time, the following information will not be re-transferred

  • TRANSACTION STATUS (condition, firm, sold…)

  • DEPOSIT IN TRUST / DEPOSIT TYPE / WHO’S HOLDING THE DEPOSIT

  • NEW AGENTS ADDED (or removed)

  • ANY COMMISSION CHANGES

  • SOLD PRICE CHANGE** (See below)

    • **SOLD PRICE: If the sold price changes in NEXONE, it will also change in LW BUT it will not recalculate the commissions based on this new price. SUGGESTION: Change the price in NEXONE and change it manually in LW for an automatic recalculation.

  • Always modify NEXONE FIRST, then in LoneWolf. For Exclusive Listings, please make sure to write something in the MLS field so the listing can transfer.
