Here is what is included in your first Transfer of a new deal

ACCEPTED DATE – goes in offer date in LW. It’s considered as being the accepted date.
CLOSING DATE
FIRM DATE – this date is not transferred from NEXONE. It’s calculated according to the conditions entered in your transaction.
LISTING PRICE & SOLD PRICE
PROPERTY ADDRESS
PROPERTY TYPE & SALE TYPE
ANY CONDITIONS (with due dates and completion dates)
CONTACT’S name (lawyers)
AGENT’S name and their COMMISSIONS* – transfer as $ amount in LW (based on the sold price) * Referrals may not always transfer over, so make sure to double-check in LW.

What happens after? If a transaction gets pushed a second time, the following information will not be re-transferred

NEW AGENTS ADDED (or removed)
ANY COMMISSION CHANGES

**SOLD PRICE: If the sold price changes in NEXONE, it will also change in LW BUT it will not recalculate the commissions based on this new price. SUGGESTION: Change the price in NEXONE and change it manually in LW for an automatic recalculation.
Always modify NEXONE FIRST, then in LoneWolf. For Exclusive Listings, please make sure to write something in the MLS field so the listing can transfer.
