How to Find a Signing Session ID

Follow these steps to find your signing session ID.

  1. Depending on where you sent the signing session in the first place, select the listings, clients, or transactions tab.

     

     

We will use the transactions tab for this example

 

2. Select the transaction from which the signing session was originally created and click on the signatures button.

 

 

3. You now have access to the signing session(s) that you created for the transaction. Select the signing session for which you want to find the signing session ID.

 

 

 

4. In the sign audit, you will be able to find the signing session ID.
