Your client's decision to Agree or Decline a signing session

After your clients have launched the signing session from their email, they will have two choices

1. I Agree to sign electronically

2. I Decline

If they choose “ I Agree to sign electronically” they will proceed with the signature as usual. If they choose to Decline the signing session, a new step has been added:

They will have to choose between:

1. Sign on paper

A PDF version of the document will download at the bottom of their page (depending on their system or browser). They can print and sign the paper version.

2. I Decline to sign

They will need to leave a reason why they are declining to sign.

Once they’ve declined, this message will appear.

As an agent, you’ll receive the following email to notify you that your client declined the signature session.

Your signing session status will be updated.
