How to create a transaction report related to a buyer agreement.

First option:

Go to your Buyer Agreement

Open

Open

Click +Create a transaction report.

You will be directed to this page:

By default, we have already added the information of your buyer agreement (point 5)

1. Do not import; No listing (mostly for exclusive ownership)

2. Import my Listing ; You also represent the sellers

3. Import from an MLS; The listing that your customers purchased is still in effect on Centris.

Second option:

Go to; Transaction > Kit Transaction Report

Click on add a transaction report

This page will appear:

You must therefore choose an option for your registration;

1. Do not import; No listing (mostly for exclusive ownership)

2. Import my Listing; Use information from one of your listings

3. Import from an MLS; Only if you represent that the buyers

You must therefore choose an option for your Buyer's Agreement ;

4. Do not import; You do not have a buyer agreement with your customer

5. Choose the buyer agreement that represents your clients.
