Agent - EDM buyer agreement in transaction report

In the Electronic Document Manager (EDM) section of your transaction report, you can now directly access the documents related to the listing or buyer agreement (if applicable)

 

  1. Locate your transaction or transaction report and select EDM.

  2. In the first section of your EDM’s you will find your documents related to the transaction. In the section just below, a new drop down menu has been added.

     

If you did not link this transaction report to a listing or buyer agreement, this feature will not be visible.

 

If you send documents by email from your transaction report, automatically all documents will be available to select (listing, buyer agreement, and transaction report)
