AuthentiSign to NexOne Office

You can send signed documents from AuthentiSign directly to NexOne Office.

Start by following these steps to set up the integration between the two.

NexOne Office

1. Go to your NexOne Office Profile

   Open

   

    

2. Select Instanet Forms

   Open

   

    

3. Either Build a new secure key or Copy the Security key displayed on the screen

    

   • To Copy the key, highlight the security key

     • with keyboard select CTRL + C

     • with mouse, right click and select copy

AuthentiSign

In your completed* files

1. Select the file title

    

2. Select Individual Forms & Certificates

    

3. Select More > Send to NexOne Office

    

4. Expand the window for NexOne Office

    

5. The documents received from AuthentiSign will be displayed

    

6. Select a folder to transfer the documents

    

   • Add a new listing folder

      

   • Add to a transaction or transaction report folder

      

   • add to a new folder in my documents
