Mortgage Referrals (Agents)

To create a mortgage referral to submit to your brokerage, follow these steps.

• Go to Transaction > Kit Transaction Report

  Open

  

   

• Add a transaction report

  Open

  

   

• If this is a mortgage referral not linked to a listing or a buyer agreement, select Do not import from both sections

   

• Create

• Complete the fields as much as possible related to the referral and change the status to Accepted

• In the bottom section of Mortgage Referral, Complete the fields

Follow up with your office administrators for any additional information.
