Creating a Listing Kit (Comprehensive)

This Guide will show you how to create a new listing in Nexone Office.

 

IMPORTANT: Make sure to enter the MLS number into your listing kit once you have submitted it into Centris. Once the board transfers the information into NexOne Office, the listings will merge together. If you forgo this step, two separate listings. will be created.

Step 1: On the Listings Dashboard, press on «Kits». The Kits menu showcases all your listing kits.

 

 

Step 2: Select «+Add a kit». The button is located on the top left of the screen. This will create a draft for your new listing.

 

 

 

Step 3: Enter your listing’s MLS#, if available*.

*See warning message at the beginning of this article

Step 4 : Choose the appropriate Listing Agreement Type.

Step 5: In Status. kit will be selected as default

 

Step 6: Fill in the appropriate fields for your listing’s address.

 

Step 7: To add a client, select the «+Add Client» button.

 

 

Step 8: Fill in the necessary information about the Client’s Profile.

 

 

Step 9: Select the Address type of your client from the drop-down list.

 

 

Step 10: Enter the client’s phone number. Then press on «+Add».

 

 

 

Step 11: Enter the client’s Email address. Then press on «+Add».

 

 

 

Step 12: Fill the necessary information to complete the client’s FINTRAC information with a government issued ID document information. Choose the document type and fill in the fields

 

 

Step 13: On the top left of the screen, press on «Save and Close» to complete the Client’s profile.

 

 

Step 14: Press on «+Add Agent» insert a new agent. (You will automatically be added as a listing agent.)

 

 

Step 15: Select the type of agent to add : Internal Agents or Outside Brokers.

 

 

Step 16: If you add an Internal agent, select the agent’s name and if he is responsible of the part.

 

 

Step 17: If you choose an Outside Broker, fill in the necessary information in the Agents section, you can search for an agent by clicking on the search menu box.

Step 18: In the electronic document management section, upload the documents required for the listing. Click on Refresh mandatory Documents to see the documents required by your office. Click on +Add Document to upload your documents.

Step 19: You can save you listing kit at anytime and come back to it to complete the information. Once all of the informations and documents are completed, you can submit to your office (Satus: Active submitted to the Admin). Don’t forget to add your MLS number as soon as you have it!
