Initials in signing sessions

Your clients can now add more than 2 characters for their initials in their signing session.

After your client accepts the signing session and clicks on “Start Electronic Signing” they can then edit the signature and initials of their signature.


  1. In the “Draw Signature” section, your client can add a middle name (or two) if they choose to add it to their signed documents.


They can add up to 5 characters.

2. Once they have finished entering their information, they will click on “Save & Review Documents
