Deal Manager

The Enviromint integration was purposely built to reduce data input duplication, and streamline the transaction process between the agent and back-office administrative staff.

Agents will use NexOne to populate forms, and sign contracts. After the documents are ready, they can be easily transferred to Deal Manager as a submitted activity.

Other aspects of the integration is to sync the transaction information such as Property Information, Contacts, and Commission Information.

Managing Trade Record & Activities

Prior to this integration, agents would have been accustomed to using Deal Manager To Go to enter transaction data and submitting documents. With the integration in place, you will not need to navigate to another platform to submit a transaction

Using NexOne’s Trade Record, you will need to populate the file information as you go & Documents will be submitted via Activities
