Trade Record Stuck on Processing​

When there is no Type selected for your Transaction, the Trade Record may not allow you to populate its fields. To resolve the issue, please click on the Info tab to the left of the Trade Record, select Listing or Buyer for the transaction, and then save. When you return to the Trade Record, it will open and you can fill out the information.
