How to Submit Your Deals to Administrators in NexOne Agent

Submitting your deals to administrators is a critical part of ensuring seamless processing and compliance within your brokerage. Follow these detailed steps to complete the submission process accurately:

 

Step 1: Select the Proper Transaction Type

Before submitting any documents, it is essential to choose the correct transaction type and status, as this impacts how administrators receive and process your files. Here's a quick guide:

  • Listing a Property for Sale: Select "Listing" as the transaction type and set the status to "Active".

  • Receiving an Offer: Change the status to "Conditional Sales (Pending)" once an offer is made.

  • Representing a Buyer: Create a transaction file with the type "Buyer" and set the status in the trade record to "Active".

Note: Ensuring the correct transaction type and status is selected avoids delays and confusion in the submission process

 

Step 2: Submitting Documents to Administrators

Once your transaction details are set, follow these steps to submit your documents:

  1. Select Client and Transaction: Choose the appropriate client and transaction file, then click "Submit".

  2. Add a Plan: Your office will have pre-configured plans based on the transaction type.

    • Select the appropriate plan.

    • Click "Add Plan" or ‘'add a submission plan to get started’'.

    • Then select the plan created by your brokerage, which represents your current transaction, and select Add Plan

  3. Complete Activities:

    • After adding a plan, activities will appear in the Activities section. Each activity outlines specific documents required for submission.

    • To add a document, locate it from your documents on the right-hand side and drag and drop it into the assigned activity.

    • If the document is on your desktop, click "Upload" in the top-right corner to upload it to your document repository.

  4. Submit Activities:

    • Ensure all required forms and documents are added to the activities.

    • Highlight the completed activities and click "Submit".

Step 3: Address Missing Information

If your trade record is missing mandatory information required by your office, a message will appear preventing submission. To resolve this:

  1. Click "Complete", which will redirect you to the trade record.

  2. Fill out the highlighted mandatory fields in the property information section.

  3. Return to the Activities section

  4. Reselect your activities, and click "Submit" again.

 

Step 4: Submitting Additional Activities

For any new activities that require submission during the transaction:

  1. Return to the Activities section.

  2. Repeat the steps of adding documents to the required activities.

  3. Highlight the updated activities and click "Submit".
