When processing payments from EFT and credit cards, make sure the necessary account information has been added to your agent’s profile.

To process payments go to:

  • Accounting > Cash Receipts > Batch invoice online payments

  • Click on reports

     

  • Create a new batch of online payment +

  • Select payments which may be processed

  • Submit
