NexOne is proud to introduce our latest feature, GoEmail.
GoEmail simplifies file uploads by allowing clients and agents to directly upload files to designated listing or client files within our platform. This eliminates the need for navigating through multiple steps or interfaces, making file transfer effortless. With GoEmail, users can enhance efficiency and simplify file management seamlessly.
How does it work?
Copy the GoEmail ID associated to your listing or client file;
From the homepage:
From inside the file:
Access your email account
Create New Mail or choose an email from your inbox and select forward
Paste the GOEmail address ID
Review all the documents uploaded
Send email
The following formats are accepted: pdf, txt, zip, jpg, jpeg, doc, docx, xls and xlsx.
Document uploads are required to send to files.
When an email is sent to the GoEmail ID, the sender receives a notification informing them whether the delivery was successful, partially successful, or failed.
Login to NexOne or refresh your current session and a notification will appear at the top of the home screen.
Each email sent via the GoEmail ID creates a record in the Follow-up section, where the sender's email content can be reviewed.
A list of email notifications will be displayed in the Notification window.
When selecting the hyperlink, you’ll be brought to the document section of your associated listing.
Please be advised that the default document type is GOEmail.
