As an office administrator you have the ability to import clients, lawyers and brokerage contact information.

Follow these steps to successfully import your contacts with an excel file.

First and foremost make sure to export your contact information and save it as an excel file.

  • To start importation go to: Administration > Setup > Import

  • Make a selection:

    • Lawyers / Notaries

    • Offices

    • Suppliers

  • Complete all the fields:

    • Language: Same for all contacts

    • First row of the file is the header: Yes or No (Select Yes if the first line contains the heading information for each row)

    • Excel File: Select saved file in computer

  • Each Column needs to be connected with the proper column on your excel file. See examples below:

    • Cabinet = Row C

    • First Name = Row A

    • Last Name = Row B

    • Complete all columns until all your data has been entered.

    • Click on Submit

  • Once complete a pop-up will appear

You’re contacts can now be found within your contacts list. (In this example I used Lawyers / Notaries)
