This article will explain to the dealer agent how to change and adjust commissions step by step.

1- Commission allocations can be made from for any transaction file, so to change, the broker agent must first navigate to the transaction transactions section of NexOne Office.

2- Please You can now choose the transaction from which the commission distribution is to be changed that you wish to modify and click on the yellow pen on the left.

3- Once you have entered are in the correct file, scroll down to the commission section.

From this section, you can choose the amount of money based on the a percentage or a fixed rate that each party should receive.

Please note that any change to the percentage or fixed rate will be displayed in the '' Amount'' boxes on the right.

4- Don't forget to add each broker who receives If not already there, add the agent(s) who should receive a commission on this transaction in the broker agents section.

5- You can add a new broker agent by clicking on the + Add Agent button or change the percentage of an existing broker agent by clicking on the yellow pencil next to his/her name.

6 - Both options will allow the broker you to change the commission for each broker agent involved in the transaction.

After selecting the role of each dealeragent, please enter the percentage or amount of commission allocated to that dealeragent. Note that the percentage in this section is based on the number in the previous section. For example, if the seller's commission is 2% and the seller agent is marked as at 50%, this is 1% of the total commission.

7- After adding or changing a brokeran agent's commission, don't forget to save by clicking on the Save button.

8- If the commission does is not adjust automatically under the brokers adjusted in the agents section after your modifications, click on the recalculate button for the Listing or Selling side

9- Once all changes have been made, please save the file by clicking on the save and close button at the top of the page.
